Terms of use

Terms governing use of the GRIP Risk Intelligence public marketing site and preview data.

1. Service

GRIP Risk Intelligence provides operational risk intelligence for awareness and monitoring. Public map data is delayed and redacted. Paid API access requires a separate agreement.

2. No insurance advice

Outputs are not insurance advice, underwriting instructions, actuarial certification, or official country ratings. You remain solely responsible for coverage and pricing decisions.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape or resell public preview data without written consent.
  • Respect rate limits (60 requests/minute/IP on public endpoints).
  • Do not attempt to deanonymize or reconstruct redacted fields.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

Data is provided “as is” on the marketing site. Enterprise SLAs are defined in the commercial contract only.
