Privacy policy

How Synlogica processes data in connection with the GRIP Risk Intelligence marketing site and intelligence service.

1. Scope

This policy covers risk.synlogica.ai (marketing site) and enquiry communications. Paid intelligence delivery under synlogica.ai is governed by the enterprise Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

2. Data we collect

  • Enquiry form / email: name, work email, role, book focus, message — only when you contact us.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user agent, request timestamps (rate limiting and security).
  • Public map usage: no account required; no policyholder PII in map JSON.

3. Purpose & legal basis

B2B sales communication and service operation (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps). Intelligence feed processing for enterprise clients is under contract + DPA.

4. Analytics (optional)

When enabled, we use privacy-oriented visit analytics (e.g. Plausible) without marketing cookies or cross-site tracking. No analytics on paid API responses.

5. Subprocessors

Hosting infrastructure; intelligence synthesis may use xAI (Grok) and Anthropic (Claude Haiku) under budget controls. Full list in enterprise DPA.

EU/UK data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction via sales@synlogica.pl.
